1. Data controller
Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by CWCHost (the “Company”) as data controller, within the scope described below.
2. Personal data processed
We process the full name, company name, email address and phone number you share via our quote and contact forms, along with the project information related to your request.
3. Purposes of processing
Your personal data is processed to evaluate your quote request, contact you, prepare a tailored offer, carry out contract processes and fulfil legal obligations.
4. Legal grounds and collection method
Your personal data is collected electronically via the forms on our website, based on Article 5/2-c (necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract) and Article 5/2-f (legitimate interest) of the KVKK.
5. Transfers
Limited to the purposes above and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your personal data may be shared with our hosting and infrastructure providers and, where legally required, with authorized public authorities.
6. Retention
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and applicable statutory limitation periods, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
7. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction, object to outcomes against you arising from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

You can submit requests regarding your rights in writing to the email address on our contact page. Requests are resolved free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
